| Born in Connecticut, Sandra Schlesinger lived in Europe,
Colorado, and New York before arriving in California. She graduated
from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. and an M.A.
in Comparative Literature and taught at City College of San Francisco
for many years. After raising her family in Menlo Park, she moved
to Marin County and now makes her home on Issaquah Dock.
A lifelong photographer, in the past years Sandra has taken a number
of digital photography courses and now focuses on creating digital
images during her travels. On exhibit will be photos from travels
in 2007 to Burma and other Southeast Asia countries, as well as
images from 2006 trips to Botswana and South Africa and previously
taken photos in Bali, Uganda, and Tanzania. Her work can be viewed
